Factions

This page lists major factions and organizations active during the Bring Home The Beacon campaign.

SATI

Full Name: Space and Time, Interglobal SATI is the organization responsible for initiating the Commute. It maintains advanced technological infrastructure and seeks to recover the means to return to the 24th century. SATI agents operate across the region and enforce secrecy and loyalty through technological means, including the SATI lozenge contract.

The Butterflies

The Butterflies are a resistance faction opposed to SATI's methods and goals. They reject technocratic control and may follow alternative philosophies concerning time, history, or nature. Their full presence and role in the current campaign have not yet been revealed.
