DISCO

Overview

DISCO is an advanced time-travel and communication machine of unknown origin. It was part of a secret SATI project and is believed to be the key to restoring humanity's ability to return to the 24th century. The name may be an acronym or code designation. DISCO is currently broadcasting a repeating message from an unknown location beyond the mapped southern regions.

Known History

DISCO was active prior to and during the final Commute.
It previously possessed air transport capability, now lost.
It was able to recover LUCA and conduct a time jump far into the past.
Due to continental drift, it returned to the "present" in a different location than intended.
It has since lost its critical shielding and remains stranded in hostile territory.
