Head Dinoshepherd at Heartsong Refuge. He is a Filipino descended from citizens of Mongochina who died in the last commute.

Mongochina was a superpower which, in a joint venture with Pluonia, established an Underwater Emergency Habitation in the 24th Century after more than 80% of all life was destroyed by an interplanetary invasion that is still not understood. These two nations formed SATI, Space And Time Interglobal. Lomotan was a Marine Archeobiologist who works at Heartsong Refuge now that all oceanic research in the Cretaceous is defunded and lacking support from the 24th century.
